Ghastly sick this evening

Ghastly sick this evening as I can't walk with my paralyzed legs, can't twist off an opened bottle cap with my weak, arthritic grip strength, am too sick to drive or even consider doing yoga.  I can't even watch TV.  I am in chronic muscle spasms and arthritic pain in every joint in my body.  The drugs have got me severely autistic, and I get motion sickness just watching the images on TV.  Worse of all is the cognitive diminutation as I find myself unable to remember anything, including what I set out to just do.  My alarm is set to go to work tomorrow, but honestly I don't see how that is going to happen.  I am too sick to keep struggling.
