Another barely functional day

Another barely functional day. can barely hold myself up on two feet. so sick and autistic can barely stand reality. called my bro for his b-day, but was so alienated from reality that i found it difficult to talk to him. all hormones--testosterone supplements help but only a little. try to hold on, think that all my life something has come to my aid in the end, but life aint worth living right now.
