Urine smelling like ammonia

Urine smelling like ammonia--God only knows what my poor body is going through. My legs are so full of fluid they are ready to pop. I havent been able to walk all day. Hobbling to the bathroom or kitchen is a herculean task. In a lot of pain---everywhere. Where I have been cut. Spine is in really bad shape. Nothing i can do about it. take a flexiril. hope i can sleep. so much pain, cant believe that a person can suffer as much as I do, and live.
