Female hormones

Female hormones have me so low energy brain is shutting down. cannot take in stiumuli or walk. my legs are in permanent spasm and cramp. know i am on high female hormones when i wake up with painful leg cramps. now the cramps are permanent. i have so much to do , so much to read, but instead it is lost day.
